These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website arvenoxa.com and the services provided by Arvenoxa S.A. By accessing the site or using its functionalities, you agree to comply with these terms in full.
1. Purpose
Arvenoxa operates a real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the meeting between investors and developers of real estate projects in Argentina, within the framework of Law 27,349 on Support for Entrepreneurial Capital and the regulations of the National Securities Commission (CNV).
2. Registration and eligibility
Users must be over 18 years of age, tax residents in Argentina or in the enabled jurisdictions, and comply with the identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (UIF) processes required by current regulations.
3. Investment risks
Investing in real estate projects through crowdlending involves risks, including the possibility of total or partial loss of the capital contributed. Past returns do not guarantee future results. The user declares to be aware of and accept the associated risks.
4. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the site lawfully, without performing acts that may harm the site, other users or Arvenoxa. Automated use (scraping, bots) is prohibited without express authorization.
5. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, images, brands, designs, code) are the property of Arvenoxa S.A. or its licensors and are protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11,723.
6. Limitation of liability
Arvenoxa will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or losses arising from investment decisions made by the user, except in cases of duly proven willful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Modifications
Arvenoxa may modify these terms at any time. The modifications will take effect from their publication on the site.
8. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction.
